At Shoe Divas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy for your options.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You must initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Shoes returned without the original shoebox may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Options

You have the following options for returns:

  1. Refund: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping and handling fees.

  2. Store Credit: If you choose this option, we will provide you with a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s).

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

At this time, Shoe Divas does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within +12025961737 business days after receiving the returned item(s) and inspecting them for eligibility.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return once you receive the items.
